Stafford-Richmond-South Boston, VA Corridor (Regional Travel Required)

Compensation:

$120,000-$150,000 Base + Performance Bonus + Benefits We're a rapidly growing platform acquiring and scaling leading HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other skilled-trades businesses across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. We're seeking a hands-on Vice President of Operations to lead day-to-day operations across multiple brands and drive profitability, operational excellence, and growth. Key Responsibilities Own operational P&L and profitability across all brands Drive gross margin, pricing discipline, labor efficiency, and operational KPIs Lead office managers and field operations teams across multiple locations Standardize systems, processes, and ServiceTitan utilization Oversee acquisition integrations and operational improvements Build accountability through scorecards, operating rhythms, and leadership development Qualifications 5+ years leading operations in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, sewer, or similar trades businesses Proven P&L ownership and margin improvement experience Strong leadership experience managing managers and multi-location teams ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred Comfortable traveling throughout regional markets Experience with EOS, Nexstar, or similar operating systems is a plus What We Offer $120K-$150K base salary Performance-based profit incentive Health, Dental, Vision 401(k) PTO Vehicle allowance and phone stipend Opportunity to help build and scale a fast-growing trades platform
