You will be at the center of our growth, balancing the technical side of agency operations with the human side of leadership. Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Schedule Life Insurance Health Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Parental Leave Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Active Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Five or more years of experience in insurance production or agency management. Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor a high-performing sales staff. Strong proficiency in agency management systems and data-driven performance tracking. Deep understanding of the local Northern Virginia insurance market landscape. Professional certification or designation such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM is a strong plus. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of our Woodbridge office to ensure smooth, efficient workflows. Lead, mentor, and coach our sales team to help them reach their professional potential and hit collective targets. Analyze current sales trends to refine our strategy and expand our reach within the local community. Foster a supportive and energized office culture where everyone feels heard and valued. Collaborate with agency partners to manage carrier relationships and stay updated on product developments. Maintain high standards of service to ensure every client feels protected and well-cared for.
