Full Job Description Core Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline 15+ years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience
Preferred Requirements:
Global manufacturing leadership experience across multiple countries and regions Strong background in SIOP, supply chain optimization, inventory management, and working capital improvement The successful candidate will provide executive leadership for a global manufacturing network, establishing the strategy, operating systems, and organizational capabilities required to support continued growth and profitability. This executive will have broad responsibility across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Operational Excellence, and Operations Engineering while partnering closely with Commercial, Engineering, Finance, and Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
