About the Role The Opportunity Enterprises Director leads all facility operations and strategic direction within a high-volume packaging environment. This role ensures efficiency, quality, safety, and financial performance by driving sales and partnering with Executive Leadership to support business growth and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership Lead production activities including staffing, scheduling, and output Ensure performance goals for safety, quality, cost, and delivery Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Diversify production facility through sales growth Team Leadership Develop and lead managers, supervisors, and production teams Foster a culture of accountability and engagement Partner with HR on staffing, training, and performance Quality & Customer Focus Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction Support resolution of customer issues and key client interactions Provide an environment where people with disabilities can thrive Financial & Strategic Leadership Manage budgets and improve operational efficiency Support strategic planning and operational improvements Business Development Drive sales to support new business and customer growth Provide input on costing, timelines, and feasibility Participate in client meetings, tours, and proposals
Qualifications Required:
4+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing Experience managing production operations and teams Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Financial/budget management experience
Preferred:
