Job Description

Job Description A Proposal Manager is a professional responsible for leading the end-to-end process of creating and submitting persuasive and compliant business proposals (RFIs, RFPs, etc.) to secure new contracts. This pivotal role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the final submission meets all client requirements.
Key Responsibilities Proposal Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the whole process, including scheduling, task assignment, tracking, and submission.
Team Coordination:
Act as the central point of contact, gathering input from subject matter experts (SMEs) across departments (sales, legal, finance, technical).
Content Development:
Draft, edit, proofread, and refine proposal content for clarity, persuasiveness, and compliance with RFP requirements.
Strategy & Compliance:
Implement bid strategies, ensure adherence to company policies, and maintain proposal quality standards.
Resource Management:
Maintain proposal libraries, templates, and standard content.
Client Focus:
Understand client needs and tailor responses to highlight company strengths and solutions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications Project Management:
Excellent organization, time management, and leadership.
Communication:
Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under pressure are critical. Attention to

Education:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, or English preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience
