- Summary
- The lead between Program Management, Subcontracts, Contracts and Engineering to ensure essential subcontractors deliver all necessary Contractual requirements inclusive of cost, schedule and performance.
FAR/DFAR.
Manage Subcontract baselines in the proposal phase to ensure scope, budget, capacity, risk management, delivery and payment terms are in alignment with policies and program needs. Evaluate Sources for selection and monitor their performance for delivery and quality. Execution Management of all awarded Subcontracts.- Position Responsibilities
- + Supports and monitors technical performance baselines while comparing key subcontract technical performance measures, assesses execution status, and takes appropriate action to maintain conformance with the baseline + Communicates, monitors, and promptly resolves issues across all functional elements within the program, including the supplier + Manages and balances communications with stakeholders through organized and disciplined processes ensuring that Subcontract information is defined, collected, shared, understood, stored, and retrieved in a manner that effectively meets Subcontract and stakeholder needs while protecting the company's contractual rights + Effectively plans, defines, establishes, communicates, monitors, and controls subcontractor scope to ensure that all of the work required and only the work required, is performed.

- + Bachelor's Degree and 10 years' experience supporting U.
- Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies
- + Experience recognizing and responding to program needs in order to develop additional sales that support organizational objectives + Experience with identifying, orchestrating, coordinating and controlling the management activities and processes that integrate program interdependencies throughout their life cycle to achieve successful program completion.
- Physical Demands
- + Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach, lift (up to 10 lbs.), bend, etc. Hand and wrist dexterity to utilize the computer. + Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. + May require 10 % travel to Subcontractor sites and special company functions.
- Clearance Level
- Secret The salary range for this role is: $126,500 - $192,750 AeroVironment considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the location, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
ITAR Requirement:
- _This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations ("ITAR") and/or the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR").
