Job Description
Job Description This position assists Pricing and Supply Chain Engineers and Managers through a variety of administrative and operational support activities. Responsibilities may vary based on business needs, experience level, and training received. Essential Functions Assist with preparing new contracts after legal review for presentation to customers for signature. Assist with maintaining contract files, distribute contract changes, and image contracts and other documents into the Tariff Item Page System (TIPS). Assist with processing incoming BID PPMs from internal and external customers, audit bid due dates, review bid materials for completeness, access customer websites to ensure compliance with legal requirements, and obtain bid documents. Assist with processing change form requests to move, cancel, or merge pricing. Convert hard-copy and non-editable electronic documents into editable formats. Support the maintenance of coverage assignments for Engineers during planned and unplanned absences. Monitor shared Pricing and Bid email inboxes to ensure timely responses and support the processing of contract and bid-related requests. Work collaboratively in a team environment to accomplish department goals. Maintain a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Other duties and projects, as assigned. Qualifications Education Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Logistics Management, or a related field. Required Experience No prior experience necessary. Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and reports. Additional Requirements Superior analytical and multitasking skills.
