Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage sales contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Maintain and update contract databases and sales records with precision
- Monitor contract deadlines and renewal dates, providing timely reminders and updates
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to client onboarding and account management
- Ensure all contractual documentation is complete, accurate, and stored securely
- Request P&P Bonds, review company proposals for exclusions to ensure accurate inclusions and Review bid package specifications to ensure compliance with agencies
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience in construction administration
- Proven experience in sales administration, contract management, or related roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes and contract terminology
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Excel, B2W or HCSS, Claude, contract review, etc.
- In person position
- Pay based on experience (1,300 to $1,600 a week)
