Serve as a central point of contact for contract and change order administration. Communicate professionally with owners, subcontractors, vendors, Project Managers, and Accounting personnel. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive contractual, financial, and project information. Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain standardized contract and change order templates and procedures. Help identify opportunities to improve contract administration, documentation, and workflow. Assist Project Managers with reports, tracking spreadsheets, and other administrative needs. Perform other duties as assigned in support of project and company operations.
