ProCore Full Job Description Construction Contracts & Billing Administrator Location:
Near the 605 & 91 Freeways (Southern California) Join Our Growing Team We are a well-established General Engineering Contractor seeking an organized, motivated, and career-minded Construction Contracts & Billing Administrato r to become an integral member of our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and customer service. You will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Accounting, and customers to ensure projects are billed accurately and contract documentation is properly maintained.
Primary Responsibilities Project Billing & Invoicing:
Prepare and process monthly progress billings, verify quantities, coordinate with field staff and accounting, process invoices using platforms such as Textura, Procore, Viewpoint, GC Pay Auto and monitor payment status.
Contract Administration:
Maintain contract files, review contract requirements, track insurance, lien releases, certified payroll documentation, and project compliance.
Change Order Management:
Prepare, track, and submit change orders, gather supporting documentation, coordinate approvals, and maintain accurate logs.
Customer & Internal Communication:
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Accounting.
Administrative Support:
Maintain organized project files, assist with subcontract agreements, purchase orders, project closeout documentation, and reporting. Qualifications 3-5 years of construction billing, contract administration, or project coordination experience preferred. Knowledge of construction terminology and documentation. Experience with Textura, Procore, Viewpoint Vista, CMiC, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented work ethic.
Required:
Experience with
AIA G702/G703
billing. Preferred experience with prevailing wage/public works, certified payroll, lien waivers, preliminary notices, and subcontractor pay applications.
