Job Description

Join our team as a Fire TI Department Administrator, where you'll play an important role in supporting fire life safety and tenant improvement (TI) projects from start to finish. In this collaborative position, you'll help keep projects organized, ensure documentation is complete, and serve as a key point of support for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to internal teams, clients, and subcontractors Process newly awarded projects and maintain project documentation Manage CRM updates, task tracking, and project setup Coordinate project prequalification and compliance documentation Set up new customers and subcontractors, ensuring required forms are completed Collect CAD files and required documents to support engineering and project execution Prepare project deliverables including closeout packages, warranties, and drawings Coordinate subcontractor requests, quotes, and approvals Support department operations, vendor coordination, and purchasing documentation Serve as backup support for other administrative roles as needed 3+ years in an administrative role High school diploma (or equivalent) Punctuality and regular attendance Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to make repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, daily Ability to walk, bend, stoop, hear, and speak, daily Move/Transport items weighing 20 pounds, occasionally Stand or Sit for long periods (4+ hours), daily At TRL Systems, we've been keeping people and their property safe for over 42 years.
