Job Summary A well-established construction organization in Fresno, CA is seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant for a direct hire opportunity supporting the Risk Management Department. This role is ideal for an organized administrative professional with construction, contract administration, or project documentation experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. The Construction Administrative Assistant will provide critical clerical and administrative support related to contracts, subcontractor documentation, compliance records, project files, and communication with project management teams and job site stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to department leadership, executives, project management teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Set up and maintain new job files, contract records, checklists, tracking logs, SharePoint documentation, and project-specific files.
  • Process and track subcontractor contract documents, pay estimates, owner change orders, subcontract change orders, insurance certificates, lien waivers, and compliance documents.
  • Prepare letters, transmittals, memos, templates, bid forms, prequalification forms, and other business documents with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain secure, organized, and accurate records while reviewing documentation for errors and following up on missing or time-sensitive items.
  • Represent the company professionally when communicating with customers, subcontractors, governmental agencies, and internal teams. Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $60,000 to $69,000 per year.
