Align positions with Company policy and coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Risk, Security, Privacy, Sales, Pricing, Operations, Service, and other stakeholders. Design commercially executable contract structures for complex solutions, including hardware, managed print or device services, professional services, software, cloud/SaaS, funding or leasing, affiliates, vendors, and subcontractors. Translate terms into pricing, ordering, billing, invoicing, implementation, reporting, and revenue-recognition requirements. Administer awarded contracts throughout the lifecycle. Prepare contract briefs, launch and train stakeholders, maintain records and obligation controls, support amendments and renewals, resolve interpretation or performance issues, and escalate material risks with recommended solutions. Serves as subject-matter advisor and cross-functional project lead for public-sector, education, federal, cooperative/GPO, and enterprise commercial programs. Build relationships with customers and partners and support complex sales opportunities with practical, business-oriented guidance. Improves templates, playbooks, intake, workflow, reporting, knowledge management, and quality controls. Use Microsoft 365 and approved Copilot capabilities responsibly to increase efficiency, consistency, collaboration, and insight, while validating outputs and protecting confidential information. Perform other related duties as assigned.
