99 an hr Role Overview Technical Contract Administrator supporting the Global Procurement Solutions (GPS) Strategic Sourcing team and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). Responsible for preparing, reviewing, managing, and tracking technology-related contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and risk management requirements. Core Expertise Technology contracts including SaaS, IaaS, cloud, on‑prem, perpetual, subscription, click‑through, open‑source, freeware, and hardware Contract formats such as MSAs, Software License Agreements, EULAs, SOWs, and Order Forms Fixed‑term and auto‑renew agreements Technology sourcing support ( RFI, RFQ, RFP ) Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process contracts using approved templates, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies Analyze, identify, and mitigate risk for low‑risk and low‑dollar contracts in collaboration with OGC and internal stakeholders Negotiate and finalize contract terms with internal partners and external suppliers Coordinate contract workflow and approvals across Sourcing, TPRM, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date supplier and contract records in Coupa , including metadata, documentation, and correspondence Facilitate contract reviews and approvals through the TPRM and Archer IRM processes Update and distribute contract templates per guidance from OGC Process merger and acquisition notices and support Accounts Payable with contract‑related payment issues Manage day‑to‑day contract operations, ensuring timely follow‑ups and completions Qualifications Strong working knowledge of contracts, commercial terms, and procurement processes Ability to manage high volumes of complex work with minimal supervision Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and respond with urgency Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with Finance, Risk, Legal, and Information Security Excellent organizational, time management, and attention‑to‑detail skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment Experience with Coupa and Archer IRM strongly preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
