The Contract Coordinator provides administrative and contract coordination support for Hospital Administration. This position is responsible for coordinating the organization's contract management process, maintaining contract records, and assisting with contract-related documentation to support organizational compliance, audits, accreditation activities, and record retention requirements. This role also provides administrative support to assigned members of the Executive Leadership Team, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and other administrative support as needed. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative, executive support, contract coordination, or healthcare administration experience. Experience supporting executive leadership, maintaining confidential records, and coordinating administrative processes preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience preparing professional meeting agendas, recording minutes, and following through on action items. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and changing assignments. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Ability to interpret policies, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate documentation. Experience with contract management or document management software is preferred but not required.
