$80k - 90k DOE (flexible) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator II to manage customer contracts, ensure contractual compliance, mitigate risk, and support business growth. This role serves as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters and works closely with Business Development, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams. Key Responsibilities

Review, interpret, and administer customer contracts, purchase orders, RFQs, and proposals.

Ensure compliance with contractual requirements while protecting business interests and intellectual property.

Lead contract reviews, support negotiations, and prepare contract documentation and correspondence.

Monitor contract performance, delivery schedules, quality requirements, and customer commitments.

Partner with cross-functional teams to obtain pricing, cost estimates, and support proposal development.

Manage customer scorecards and performance metrics, including on-time delivery and quality performance.

Identify contract risks, facilitate corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvements.

Support forecasting activities and provide contract-related insights to leadership.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5-7 years of contract administration experience, including commercial and government contracts.

Experience independently managing customer contracts and purchase orders.

Strong contract negotiation, risk assessment, and contract management skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle ERP systems.

Preferred

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.

Experience with proposal preparation, RFQ management, and contract negotiations.

Familiarity with government contracting environments.
