In ADP we are on the forefront of developing the next generation capabilities for our platforms and new projects. Our team leads the Estimating and Pricing activites to complete the contracting process. Our highly integrated team lives our LM values and is focued on career and personal development her at LM. Develops, plans & schedules proposals in accordance with estimating policy,Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) & Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) requirements, USG Bus. System Requirements & other govt. regulations. Shapes, develops & matures bus. case analyses & cost methods resulting in a comprehensive bid/price strategy. Develops initiatives to increase profitability & cashflow. Acts as the estimating lead on proposals compiling cost, schedule, & technical elements to development proposals in accordance with Request For Proposal (RFP) specs. Coordinates the collection of cost, scheduling, & performance elements from functional departments. Performs financial modeling & analyses related to major proposals, including rate studies & analysis, bus. case development, cash flow analysis, NPV & IRR & presents analyses & recommendations to leaders. Researches & analyzes historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts & determination of accuracy of functional estimates. Participates in should-cost & pricing reviews with mngmt & customer reps. Participates as a member of the contract negotiating team & interacts with DCAA /other audit agencies. Initiates process improvements to enhance productivity & efficiency within pricing & estimating functions. May provide day-to-day direction & guidance to less senior Proposal Analysts. Develops, communicates, & implements Estimating & Pricing policies/procedures, & conducts monitoring & surveillance activities to ensure that the policies/procedures are being thoroughly & consistently implemented. Possesses comprehensive written & oral communications skills to support proposal development activities, executive proposal reviews, fact-finding & negotiations, & interaction with DCAA/other audit agencies. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree or above from an accredited college, or 4 years experience in absence of Bachelors Degree. Advanced Microsoft Excel experience. Data analytics and analysis experience Desired Skills Bachelors degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline Experience reading, analyzing, and planning a response to a Request for Proposal (RFP) Experience in FAR, CCoPD(TINA), and CAS Experience in developing pricing for cost proposals and supporting them through negotiations Experience working or studying in a team enviornment, as well as an individual contributor Knowledge of LM Aero's business practices Knowledge of pricing tools such as PROPRICER or other pricing application(s)
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
