With more than 2 million ION Fusion products sold, we have successfully taken innovative ideas from concept and manufacturing to the hands of consumers. Now, entering next stage of growth. We are launching a new product line along with a dedicated Business Development Managerfocused on bringing our newest patented technologies to major CPG companies, strategic partners, and licensing firms. This is not a role where you'll step into an established department with a fixed playbook. We're looking for an outside-the-box thinker who is self-motivated, resourceful, and entrepreneurial , someone excited to work directly with leadership and help build this new initiative from the ground up. What You'll Do Your primary responsibility will be to research opportunities and develop compelling business proposals and presentations that demonstrate the commercial potential of our patented technologies. Create professional sales pitch decks, licensing proposals, and product presentations Research CPG companies, licensing firms, brands, markets, competitors, and potential opportunities Turn patented products and working prototypes into compelling business opportunities Develop customized proposals demonstrating how our technologies can disrupt established categories while complementing a partner's existing product portfolio Identify and contact potential corporate partners, licensing firms, and key decision-makers Assist with B2B proposals, strategic partnerships, licensing opportunities, and business agreements Clearly communicate product advantages, market potential, intellectual property, manufacturing capabilities, and commercialization opportunities Work directly with company leadership to help build this new department and shape our partnership strategy What We're Looking For Strong PowerPoint, presentation, research, and business writing skills Ability to create professional, persuasive, and visually compelling business proposals Strong market research and competitive analysis skills Comfortable researching and approaching major corporations and licensing firms Ability to understand innovative products and translate their advantages into a compelling business case Experience in business development, CPG, licensing, product strategy, strategic partnerships, or proposal development is a plus, but not required Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and self-motivated, with an interest in helping build a new business function from the ground up The Opportunity This is an opportunity to help bring truly innovative, patented products to market and introduce technologies we believe have the potential to disrupt established consumer product categories.
