Job Description
A San Francisco-based personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the review, negotiation, and administration of contracts supporting firm operations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with legal, finance, and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle for vendor, service provider, and business agreements. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties, ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with firm policies and risk standards. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of contracts, from intake and review through execution and renewalReview, draft, revise, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including vendor, consulting, technology, and professional services contractsPartner with attorneys, leadership, finance, and operations teams to assess contractual risk and business termsEnsure contracts comply with applicable laws, firm policies, and risk management standardsMaintain contract records, databases, and tracking systemsMonitor renewal dates, obligations, and performance requirementsAssist with developing and standardizing contract templates and internal processesServe as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues
