This position will be embedded in a mission focused operations group and provides administrative support to the Contracts Department. Perform contract and order entry tasks into various operational systems (i.e., Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) systems, etc.). Attention to detail and time management is key in this role. Position Responsibilities Perform data entry for new contracts, modifications, and order management records. Upload and maintain contract documents, quotes, and mod summaries in Fusion. Create and update WAWF acceptance entries. Monitor automated sales orders and resolve errors through coordination with cross functional departments. Support rapid turnaround of ad hoc contract updates tied to shipments or customer amendments. Provide consistent documentation of entries for audit and reporting. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience) High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Prior experience in an aerospace/defense/government contracting environment is preferred. Ability to work independently with some guidance, while being proactive and organized. Demonstrated Team Player Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP/CRM systems a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 10% travel required, depending on work location. Other Qualifications and Desired Competencies Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) certified Experience with systems such as Unanet, Oracle Fusion, Technomile, SalesForce Physical Demands Ability to work in an office environment (Constant) Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent) Clearance Level No Clearance The salary range for this role is: $22 - $33 AeroVironment considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the location, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
