This role plays a key part in supporting business operations by ensuring contracts are structured, tracked, and executed effectively. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage a wide range of contracts, including leases, vendor agreements, and business transactions Track key dates, obligations, and deliverables across all agreements Analyze contract terms, identify risks, and support negotiations Maintain contract records and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date Partner with internal teams to align contracts with business objectives and financial parameters Coordinate with outside counsel on complex agreements and litigation support Support document collection and organization for audits, disputes, and legal matters Prepare reports and summaries on contract status and key developments Requirements What We're Looking For 4-7 years of experience in contract administration or a related field Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline Experience working with contract lifecycle management systems Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively Preferred Background Experience in commercial contracts, leasing, or litigation support Familiarity with contract management and document management systems (e.g., Visual Lease, FinQuery) Legal or paralegal background is a plus The pay rate for this position is between $70,304 - $85,000, DOE Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401K Plan Paid Time Off
