This role is responsible for managing health plan interactions, supporting contract negotiations, conducting payer research, and coordinating projects that enhance provider engagement and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and support contract negotiations with health plans, including reimbursement rates, terms, and participation requirements to ensure favorable outcomes for providers Serve as a primary point of contact for health plan communications and provider-related inquiries Build and maintain strong relationships with payer representatives and provider partners Responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with provider clients and office staff Maintain accurate records of contract statuses, renewals, and requirements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of credentialing and contracting documents Conduct research on health plans, reimbursement structures, and network requirements Monitor payer updates, policy changes, and market trends Compile and present findings to support strategic decision-making for clients Manage multiple projects related to provider relations, contracting, and payer initiatives Develop timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met Collaborate across departments to implement process improvements Maintain detailed records of completed work to support accurate and timely invoicing for services Maintain databases related to provider contracts and payer information Generate reports on contracting status, network participation, and project progress Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency

Pay:

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
