Pay Rate:
$30.00- 40.00/hr. (DOE
- negotiable) Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned customer accounts, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and customer portals Enter and manage customer orders within the company ERP system Prepare and process customer quotes Manage dynamic scheduling changes, including forecasts, releases, and expedite requests, across multiple accounts Maintain and navigate customer-specific portals Coordinate with internal departments, including production, quality, logistics, and engineering, to obtain information needed to respond to customers Lead customer calls and address questions, including direct conversations required to resolve issues or manage expectations Track open items to closure and maintain accurate records of customer communications and commitments Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Required Associate or bachelor's degree preferred or Sales customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and directly with customers, including on live calls Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously Assertive and proactive approach to follow-up, with the ability to hold internal and external parties accountable to close out open items Ability to work collaboratively across departments and maintain effective working relationships Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel) Ability to learn new software systems quickly, including ERP and customer portal platforms Preferred Experience in customer service, order administration, or a production/manufacturing environment Experience with an ERP system Familiarity with AS9100 or a similarly regulated manufacturing environment Experience using customer or supplier collaboration portals Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
