$40 - $55 / hour based on experience About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst, Contract Administration & Pricing to join our team. This role is responsible for contract compliance analysis, customer pricing administration, sales accrual reconciliations, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Contract Administration, Accounts Receivable, IT, and customers to ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and financial settlements. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Contract Administration Complete financial analyses related to customer contract compliance. Administer and reconcile customer contract provisions. Calculate and review monthly sales accruals. Prepare periodic customer financial settlements of accrued amounts. Review and approve accrual-related billings, credits, and payments. Support contract renewals, pricing reviews, and contract development activities. Pricing & Systems Management Maintain customer pricing, formulas, and pricing tables within JD Edwards (JDE) to ensure accurate invoicing. Develop and maintain customer price sheets and pricing change documentation. Initiate workflows for new customer setup, including pricing implementation in JDE. Monitor business changes that may impact customer pricing and recommend adjustments. Reporting & Forecasting Retrieve and analyze sales and financial data from reporting systems and data warehouses. Generate monthly customer sales and pricing reports. Manage quarterly revenue forecasts and annual revenue budgeting processes. Perform customer-specific price reconciliations and freight analyses. Provide recommendations based on financial and operational data. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with Commercial, Accounts Receivable, Contract Administration, and customer teams to resolve pricing discrepancies. Collaborate with IT to improve reporting tools, systems, and processes. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required. MUST have used JD Edwards previousl y Experience 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, pricing, contract administration, accounting, or a related field. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities. Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations. Strong communication and presentation skills, including presenting financial analyses to management. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred. Preferred Knowledge Finance and accounting principles.
