Location US-CO-Colorado Springs Security Clearance Top Secret Overview/ Job Responsibilities Position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Entarian is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the US Space Force, Space Operations Command (SpOC), Space Delta 8. Space Delta 8 is the SATCOM war-fighting lead for the US Space Force and leads the operation, maintenance, and modernization of the Wideband Global SATCOM System (WGS) with points of presence located at multiple sites CONUS and OCONUS, providing the day-to-day operational support needed to manage DoD's satellite communications capabilities. The Contracts Administrator will serve as the point of contact for contracting decisions, modification, recommendations and requirements for the overall Task Order. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Manage contract workflow from inception through closure by leveraging our internal contract management software Maintains and monitors sourcing and contract records and contract compliance and manages vendors/subcontractors Drafts contractual language and captures business requirements in writing and manages day-to-day deliverables relating to sourcing projects, contract review and negotiation Review and recommend contract terms and conditions to ensure adherence to company policy and government specifications and requirements (FAR and FAR Supplements) Utilize skills to negotiate mutually beneficial compromises, with the goal of maximizing contract value and reducing contract risks Advise management and program personnel of contractual rights and obligations Collaborates with growth, operations, accounting, and our program control analysts to manage all aspects of cradle-to-grave contract management Identification, communication, mitigation, and resolution of program risks and issues Participate in program review meetings as required and provide contract status reports for management review/awareness Negotiate, review, and prepare NDAs, TAs, Prime Contracts, Subcontracts (e.g. Client, BPA, IDIQ, GWAC, GSA MAS, Task/Delivery Order, etc.) Ensure compliance with all government and corporate policies and procedures Facilitates timely problem resolution and escalation of contractual issues to minimize the impact of service disruptions Manages other contracts and ah-hoc duties as assigned Salary range: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 Minimum Qualifications US Active Top Secret (or TS/SCI) level clearance (eligible for immediate adjudication by the cognizant security authority) Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related major Minimum 5 years' federal contracting experience and experience managing government contracts Proficient in the MS Suite (skilled in Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) Excellent organization and time management skills Experience managing relationships with Customers and Subcontractors Experience with compliance with FAR and FAR supplements Experience with Government Reporting and Reporting Systems Experience with different types of contracts, IRA, and close-outs Experience with presentations and oral briefings Desired Qualifications Experience with Approved Systems Audits (Purchasing Systems, Property System, etc.) Experience supporting audits About Us Formed through the strategic union of Sev1Tech and ERT, Entarian is a premier provider of mission-critical engineering and technology solutions.
