We are seeking a talented, experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to help define the future of lunar surface mobility in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and maintain contractual documentation Assist with contract negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and government entities Review contract terms and conditions to identify risks and escalate issues Support coordination of contract implementation between the Company and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations Maintain contract records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Support contract administration activities across internal departments Assist with government compliance requirements, including documentation and reportingRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field 4+ years of experience in contract administration or a related role, preferably in aerospace or a technology startup environment Working knowledge of contract law principles, including contract interpretation and implementation Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support negotiation efforts U.S.Persons Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting contracts with the U.S. government Experience working in the space industry or with NASA or DoD contracts, including familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), andNASA FAR
Supplement (NFS) Experience in aerospace, space, or other regulated industries Professional certification (e.g., CPCM) or progress toward certification Exposure to intellectual property considerations or licensing agreements Experience supporting international or cross-border contractsCompensation & Benefits:
