• In this role you will have the following daily key responsibilities:
• ➥ Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate
• to•high•risk DOD program\.

➥ Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams\. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority\. ➥ Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types\. ➥ Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity\.

• Basic Qualifications:

• To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education\.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management \(i\.e… Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, proposal, and/or Category Management\)\.

• Desired Skills:

• To be effective, ideally, you should also have:
• Master's Degree\.
• Experience working on a red program\.
• Experience working high complexity/high dollar value contracts\.
• Previous experience with procurement processes and regulations under DoD \(FAR, DFAR, TINA, and or ITAR\)\.
• Knowledge of SAP/P2P Purchasing System, PO Folders, procedures\.
• Experience with management of Cost, Technical, Schedule, Risk and Opportunity\.

• Possess effective relationship
• building skills with peers, leadership and suppliers\.

• Pay Rate:

• The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700
• $136,965\.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.
