- In this role you will have the following daily key responsibilities:
- ➥ Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate
- to•high•risk DOD program\.
Basic Qualifications:
- To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education\.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management \(i\.e… Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, proposal, and/or Category Management\)\.
Desired Skills:
- To be effective, ideally, you should also have:
- Master's Degree\.
- Experience working on a red program\.
- Experience working high complexity/high dollar value contracts\.
- Previous experience with procurement processes and regulations under DoD \(FAR, DFAR, TINA, and or ITAR\)\.
- Knowledge of SAP/P2P Purchasing System, PO Folders, procedures\.
- Experience with management of Cost, Technical, Schedule, Risk and Opportunity\.
- Multi
- task in a fast
- paced team environment and work well under pressure\.
- Possess effective relationship
- building skills with peers, leadership and suppliers\.
- You bring positivity and enthusiasm to every project you touch\. In addition to the work, you love being part of a team and working collaboratively through the process\.
- Demonstrated exceptional strategic communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, and stakeholders, as well as program executives, with an ability to persuade and motivate action\.

- time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
Work Schedules:
- Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

Pay Rate:
- The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700
- $136,965\.
