Are you known for your attention to detail, superb documentation skills, and ability to solve complex problems? This may be the position for you! As a Contracts Administrator I, you will be responsible to support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities for assigned programs with our customers. Youll be using your skills and expertise in supporting Contract Managers to ensure proper contract management in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. You will be responsible for the initial stages of contract administration including documentation, review, and tracking of contracts.

Responsibilities:

Secondary point of contact for the customer on all assigned contractual matters.

Maintains close, professional interface with internal customer personnel (technical, administrative and business). Interfaces with external customers in coordination with the Contracts Manager.

Works with internal customers (program managers, program directors, etc. ) ensuring all communication with external customers is concise and consistent from both technical and contractual personnel

In coordination with Contracts Manager; reviews, recommends and negotiates Non-Disclosure Agreements; ensuring SNC protection in terms and conditions

Supports Contracts Manager in customer negotiations with Program Management and Pricing Support

Tracking, reconciling, closing and reporting Unbilled and Accounts Receivable status; supports in resolution of Invoice issues

Tracks and submits Contracts and CDRL documentation

Ensures all tasks are performed within SNC stated guidelines and processes

Qualifications You Must Have:

Associates degree in a related field.

0-2 years of experience in a related field.

Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills to plan, organize, multi-task, prioritize, and execute assigned workload to meet multiple deadlines.

Strong communication skills.

Active TS/SCI Eligibility

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Familiarity with government contract requirements and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) regulations.

Ability to problem solve - applying originality, creativity and initiative.

Essential Functions:

Ability to work primarily in an office environment.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
