Monday-Friday | 100% Onsite | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Summary Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused MRO Administrator to support the operations of a growing aerospace manufacturing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will provide a variety of administrative and customer service support functions related to manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation management, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Process customer quotes and orders through the company's ERP system while maintaining accuracy and adherence to established procedures. Perform data entry and maintain customer records and files. Support shipping and receiving activities, monitor order status, and help ensure on-time delivery. Build positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve questions or concerns in a timely manner. Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned. Qualifications Post-secondary education or 1-2 years of related administrative, customer service, order processing, or office support experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer service mindset and strong relationship-building abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Epicor or another ERP system strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Why Join This Opportunity?
