We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Specialist to join our team in Bradenton FL. This position drive excellence in the contract management processes. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and organizational policies. Your expertise will support procurement activities, vendor relationships, and business development initiatives, ensuring all contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8am - 4:00pm.

We at Evolution Consulting South & OIG Compliance NOW are a private, ISO 27001 Certified third-party administrator that provides comprehensive monthly sanction screening and investigation services. Our investigators identify and validate excluded individuals/entities working in organizations that receive federal healthcare program money. We search individuals that work for companies that commit certain types of crimes, such as patient abuse and healthcare fraud, that are "excluded" from receiving healthcare program money. Our teams of criminal investigators conduct background check screening services for healthcare, educational, and government facilities, inclusive of employees, affiliated personnel, and vendors/contractors. We also provide nationwide applicant medical services and drug testing that are a perquisite for hiring, Form I-9 and E-Verify, and vendor credentialing services.
Experience:

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and other business connections Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence Present contract information to relevant administration Troubleshoot contract-related problems, such as breach of contract Keep track of contracts and extend, renew, or close when needed Assist with the employer's compliance with mandatory standards Stay informed about changes to relevant rules and regulations Provide accurate billing information to Finance Department. Ensure all clients are invoiced monthly, per terms of contract. Responsible for IT integration changes within existing contracts Discuss recommended increases with COO and Finance. Suggest changes to insurance as needed Participate in cyber security changes to the contract process Conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times.
Physical requirements:
The employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time, talk, listen and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and phone.

Compensation:
$25 an hour There will be reviews at 30, 60, and 90 working days, with potential for more compensation.
Experience:
Prior entry level experience in Contracts is preferred. At a minimum candidates must have a High School diploma/GED.
