Torch Technologies is seeking a SCO Gatekeeper/ Administrator to support the TMAS 3 contract at Eglin AFB, FL. As a SCO Gatekeeper/ Administrator your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: Manage program budgets, expenditures, and financial administration for large and/or complex government programs. Develop and monitor budgets; review and authorize expenditures within established parameters. Interpret and implement cost estimating, pricing, and financial documentation requirements for proposals. Establish cost-estimating parameters and support proposal development and pricing activities. Develop and recommend procedures to monitor program financial performance and compliance. Serve as a key customer-facing financial contact in support of the Program Manager. Coordinate financial, administrative, facilities, and logistics activities to support program execution. Ensure program financial and administrative activities comply with applicable government security, contractual, and organizational requirements.
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship. Level 2 - BS in applicable field and up to 3 years of experience Level 3 - BS in applicable field and 3-10 years of experience. Level 4 - BS or MS in applicable field and 10+ years of experience. Must be able to obtain a Secret DoW Security clearance with active investigation. Must be able to maintain required clearance.
