Full Job Description Overview:
The Manager of Contract Management ensures that all payer contracts are accurately and timely loaded into the Epic system and remain current throughout the contract lifecycle. The role brings deep knowledge of Epic payer tables, payer contract structures, and managed-care workflows, and acts as the bridge between Revenue Cycle, IT, Finance, Managed Care and external payers. Under the guidance of the Director of Reporting & Analytics, the Manager leads a small team, establishes quality controls, and delivers analytics that drive operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Education Bachelor's degree in health administration, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or relative experience. Experience Minimum 3'years in revenue-cycle operations with at least 2'years managing contract data or related quality functions, experience with Epic payer tables is essential. License/Certification/Registration Epic certification in Revenue Cycle or related modules is highly desirable; ATD or similar instructional design credential a plus. Other Qualifications Proficient in Epic (payer and revenue modules), Excel/Power' BI, data-validation tools, and workflow automation platforms. Proven track record of leading a small team, coaching staff, and driving process improvements. Strong quantitative skills to build dashboards, perform root-cause analysis, and translate data into actionable insights.
