In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts, including engineering agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and construction-related contracts. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in contract management and administration.
Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including engineering agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and construction-related contracts. Draft clear and legally sound contracts that align with company policies and objectives. Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, compliance, and renewals. Evaluate contract terms and conditions to identify risks and recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues. Maintain accurate records of agreements and ensure proper documentation for all contracts. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contractual agreements. Provide guidance and support on contract-related matters to cross-functional teams. Conduct thorough reviews of forensic agreements and other specialized contracts as required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, administration, or a related field. Proficiency in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements. Strong understanding of contract terms, conditions, and legal language. Experience with construction and engineering contracts is highly preferred. Ability to draft and edit contracts with precision and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders. Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
