    $24.00/hour
  • Schedule:
    Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM
Requirements:
Professional experience in contract administration and construction bids; proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; completion of required background, drug, and driving screenings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and monitor maintenance, construction, and service contracts to ensure compliance with specifications, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process requisitions for contract purchases, analyze specifications, and prepare procurement documentation such as invitations to bid and scopes of work.
  • Provide guidance to management regarding project status, contract issues, and resolution strategies.
  • Develop scopes of work and coordinate formal procurement solicitations, QuickQuotes, waiver requests, and contract amendments.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Department, Procurement Division, County Attorney's Office, and management staff to coordinate contract activities.
