Contract Management Coordinator - FT Larkin Community Hospital - 3.5 South Miami, FL Job Details Full-time 20 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Full Job Description The Contract Management Department oversees the entire lifecycle of business agreements, from drafting and negotiation to execution, monitoring, and renewal . They mitigate risk, ensure legal compliance, and manage supplier relationships to maximize operational efficiency and cost savings. Key duties include reviewing, updating, and storing contracts while facilitating communication between legal, finance, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Drafting and Negotiation:
Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms, including specialized clauses, bids, and proposals, to ensure favorable terms.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Identifying potential risks and ensuring all contracts adhere to local, state, federal, and internal company policies.
Performance Monitoring:
Tracking key dates, deliverables, obligations, and renewals to ensure all parties comply with the contract.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Acting as the primary contact between vendors, clients, and internal departments (legal, finance, sales) to resolve disputes and manage relationships.
Contract Administration:
Using contract management software to maintain accurate records, oversee documentation, and manage invoices.
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:
Preferred previous experience in contract administration, procurement, or legal compliance, often with knowledge of FAR regulations.
Communication:
Exceptional negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills. Attention to

Meticulous approach to reviewing complex legal and financial documents. Typical Qualifications Strong organizational skills and experience with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools. Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
