Summary Pay at $22/hour Onsite (no remote opportunity) 5 days per week in Tampa FL Contract-to-hire opportunity with a 3-6 month timeline Quarterly bonus opportunities after being converted to full-time employee High-visibility role within a respected, national lender Collaborative environment with long-term career upside As a Home Loan Specialist, you will play a key role in processing loans accurately and on time.

• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
• Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
• Review and validate loan documents
• Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses
• Monitor work queues and intervening as needed
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
