WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The Incentive Contract Analyst owns the administration, maintenance, and organization of Fluidra's customer incentive contracts. This role partners with cross-functional teams including sales and finance to support contract compliance, monitor renewals, and evaluate contract performance to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives. The position also plays a key role in analyzing contract data to support promotional planning, marketing strategies, and field sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and maintain large volumes of data within contract management systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure reliable contract setup, ongoing maintenance, reporting, and system integrity. Additionally, you will: Administer, maintain, and organize customer incentive contracts within contract management systems (Oracle and Salesforce). Monitor contract expiration dates, renewal schedules, and provide performance-based renewal recommendations that alert and inform the Sales team's renewal decisions. Analyze contract performance data and provide recurring and ad hoc reporting to support promotional planning, sales initiatives, and marketing strategies. Manage large volumes of customer and contract data while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Audit contract data and system records to ensure integrity, consistency, and compliance. Enforce compliance controls to ensure dealers meet contracted revenue thresholds before custom incentives are paid. Monitor distributor-submitted reports for errors, trends, and potential risks; proactively address issues before they impact dealer payouts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to contract setup, incentives, or reporting to ensure that incentive rewards are owed per the contract terms. Run the monthly cycle of 3rd-party distributor file uploads into Oracle. Partner with a peer who splits file volume by distributor assignment. Ensure zero miscredits to dealer incentive accounts. Resolve the corrections reconciliation workflow by matching unknown-account transactions back to the correct dealers through Salesforce and customer master research. Partner with the Analytics team on Power BI dashboard requirements, specifications, and output validation. Serve as the subject-matter expert for what the data needs to report and own the business logic. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, and work instructions for all core processes within this role's scope. Identify process automation opportunities and partner with Analytics and IT on scoping to shrink manual contract configuration and corrections work over time.
WHAT WE SEEK
4+ years experience managing customer contracts, channel incentive programs, or rebate and loyalty programs. Demonstrated proficiency in contract management, CLM, or CIM systems Salesforce fluency: account research, custom report building, and contract record management.
Oracle or comparable ERP experience:
data upload, points posting, and account configuration.
Advanced Excel skills:
pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and reconciliation techniques; comfort manipulating 10,000+ row files under month-end deadline pressure.
Direct hands-on contract performance work:
ROI tracking, renewal governance, compliance validation, and cost-to-serve analysis.
Demonstrated analytical track record:
must be able to walk through specific examples of contract or program analyses you've built that informed commercial decisions (e.g., contract ROI models, quarterly performance reviews, renewal recommendations, or compliance and risk reporting).
Modeling and analysis capability:
variance and trend analysis (actuals versus contract expectations), contract ROI, cost-to-serve, estimated dealer value, and renewal economics. Translate findings into executive-readable recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills with Sales reps, Finance partners, and VP-level stakeholders. Ability to push back diplomatically on Sales when contract performance or compliance requires it. Meticulous attention to detail at scale: thousands of monthly transactions and a large contract portfolio require zero tolerance for miscredits. Comfortable working with imperfect distributor data: fuzzy matching, exception handling, and reconciliation across inconsistent sources. Preferred Power BI or Tableau literacy: ability to read, consume, critique, and write requirements for dashboards (authorship not required). Pool equipment, industrial distribution, or building products channel experience. Prior exposure to loyalty or rebate program economics.
SOP development and process documentation:
ability to capture tribal workflows into written standard operating procedures, flowcharts, or work instructions.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
