Full Job Description Overview:
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Regional Contract Lead to join our Chamblee, Georgia (GA) office! This is not a remote position.Responsibilities:
Coordinate the activities of the contract reviewers, managing the flow of contracts, providing training, and helping resolve complex contract issues Review, negotiate, and help resolve a significant number of contracts for both public and private sector clients Will work with professional staff to address contracting needs across offices, while making sure there are appropriate resources and addressing specific problem areas Organize and manage contract activities that result in high quality reviews, clear advice to project managers on how to proceed, and dedicated partnership to resolve issues Coordinate with General Counsel as appropriate on individual issues and the overall quality of contract reviewsQualifications:
3+ years experience in a related role Relevant experience related to reviewing and resolving contracts (Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry preferred) Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite Desired Qualifications:
