Warranty Administrator:

Administer dealer network warranty claims with the parent company and outside vendors. Assist field personnel in resolving warranty concerns and machinery registration issues. Process dealership claims for payment from outside vendors. Audit, correct, and edit dealership warranty claims and process them for credit. Provide dealers and company personnel with accurate warranty information for machinery inquiries. Support dealership networks through all stages of the warranty claim filing process. Warranty Administrator:

3+ years of experience in a similar warranty or technical support role. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation. Knowledge of tractor systems, including hydraulics, electrical controls, engines, and transmissions is strongly preferred. Strong ability to resolve issues and communicate information clearly over the phone and electronic media. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic documentation systems, and ERP platforms.
