Macon Area Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual filings to State and Federal regulatory agencies (e.g., FCC, NECA, USAC, GaPSC). Maintain and update comprehensive filing systems for agreements, property records, bankruptcies, audits, loans, grants, and company vehicles. Review and process customer deposits and billing documentation for submission to the Accounting Department. Support Accounting and Billing teams by reviewing invoices and ensuring accurate documentation is maintained in relevant systems. Review and process easement and encroachment requests, collect associated fees, and maintain related records. Communicate with State and Federal regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Prepare and track payments of regulatory fees on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Monitor customer trends (e.g., growth, churn) and establish new products in billing systems to ensure accurate customer billing.
