Daily follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. Convert customer units (i.e. machines) to repair status, negotiating as necessary. Complete accurate and detailed customer account notes/records in the CRM. Communicate effectively and precisely with customers and team members. Identify opportunities to save repairs that can be returned or scrapped. Make 80 or more outbound calls to customers each day. Discuss pricing professionally and confidentially.
