Warner Robins, Georgia The Challenge:
The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for customer certification renewals via web-based customer portal management; reviewing proposals, terms and conditions, various contractual documents; analyzing, negotiating, and management of complex material in support of Terma. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for maintaining records in an accurate and controlled manner in accordance with Terma process/policies and
DCAA/DCMA
requirements. The Contracts Administrator may also support Terma's Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) on matters concerning US Small Business reporting requirements (ISRs). This is a multi-role position requiring flexibility to perform other duties such as liability insurance renewals. Candidates are not required to have experience in all areas. The successful candidate will have significant experience in at least one; but, more importantly, a willingness and eagerness to learn and adapt.
Duties:
Manage customer certification renewals and web-based customer portals. Work closely with insurance brokers to assist in annual insurance renewals. Provide timely responses and manage priorities within tight deadlines. Review and negotiate NDAs. Review terms and conditions and familiarity with
FAR/DFARS
requirements. Compliant record keeping in accordance with Terma process and procedures. Support Terma's Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) on matters concerning US DoD Small Business reporting requirements (ISRs). Review proposals, terms and conditions and various contractual documents.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in US DoD contracting OR equivalent experience
Required Skills and Experience:
Must be timely with actions and requests with the ability to clearly articulate a response. Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills. Must be a self-starter and able to work under minimal supervision. Must have the ability to prioritize and respond to a changing environment. Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Ability to work within a team. Must possess good communication skills, both oral and written and at all levels within an organization with internal and external customers.
