Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manages and oversees the contractual agreements between the organization and its clients or vendors to ensure legal and financial integrity. Maintain daily contract logs and track the status of performance milestones to ensure accountability. Assist in the resolution of routine contractual issues and maintain accurate digital repositories for audit compliance. Supports the daily administration of subcontracts and task order requirements for theater distribution nodes. Draft technical documentation for contract modifications and assist in the evaluation of vendor performance reports. Monitor the execution of contractual milestones to ensure compliance with theater movement control goals and mission-partner standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field 3+ years of position-relevant experience. Demonstrate the ability to draft technical reports and follow established SOPs for contract administration. Must be proficient in utilizing contract management databases and collaborative SharePoint environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of position-relevant experience. Have foundational training in federal acquisition regulations or joint logistics. Familiarity with USSOCOM contracting policies and the
USINDOPACOM
area of responsibility is preferred.
Clearance Requirements:
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
