Job Description

Contracts Coordinator - Construction Seeking an experienced Contracts Coordinator to manage construction and service contracts while supporting insurance, subcontractor compliance, and accounting activities. This position will work closely with project leadership, finance, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure contracts and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate contract intake, review, execution, and tracking Maintain construction and service contract documentation Manage subcontractor insurance, COIs, lien releases, and payment compliance Coordinate subcontractor invoice review with Project and Service Managers Manage insurance renewals, audits, OCIP/CCIP enrollment, and reporting Process and track bond requests Support insurance claims and maintain required documentation Monitor deadlines and ensure contractual and insurance requirements are satisfied
Qualifications:
Previous experience coordinating contracts in a construction or similar environment Construction contract and subcontractor experience strongly preferred Insurance/compliance experience is a plus Familiarity with FAR, construction claims, MEP, or subcontractor agreements is beneficial Strong organization, communication, analytical, and follow-through skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information independently For additional information on this opportunity, please contact Jamie Tomczyk directly at 605-705-2896.
