Overview Golden Key Group (GKG) is seeking a Contract Management Support Specialist to provide specialized administrative and technical support to Contracting Officers (COs) and other contract management personnel. Responsibilities include preparing, routing, and distributing contract-related correspondence; maintaining contract modification records; preparing various reports for managers; assisting with annual financial assistance awards; and providing IDMS support. This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients. Responsibilities Provide administrative and technical support to Contracting Officers and contract management personnel. Prepare, route, and distribute contract-related correspondence. Maintain contract modification records. Prepare reports and documentation for managers and leadership. Assist with annual financial assistance awards. Provide support related to IDMS systems and processes. Maintain organized contract documentation and records. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Active Top Secret Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and FAR principles (especially Parts 4, 13, 15, 16). Excellent organizational and document management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal acquisition systems (e.g., IDMS, STARS). Minimum Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field + 3 years relevant experience.Equivalency:
Associate's Degree + 5 years relevant experience; OR 7 years relevant experience.EEO and Affirmative Action Policy:
