CENX), the largest producer of primary aluminum in the United States, is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel - Commercial Contracts to join its in-house legal team in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to partner closely with business leaders across procurement, sales, operations, IT, and corporate functions in a fast?paced, asset?intensive manufacturing environment. ???????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????? ???????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????:

• Broad commercial exposure, including supply, sales, services, logistics, and technology agreements
• Trusted advisor role working directly with cross?functional business teams
• Opportunity to support strategic initiatives, joint ventures, and growth projects
• Join a mission?critical industry aligned with long?term domestic manufacturing and energy transition priorities ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????:
• 5+ years of experience at a leading law firm and/or sophisticated in?house legal team
• Strong background drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Manufacturing, industrials, energy, metals, or asset?intensive industry experience preferred
