- onsite Fusion Solutions Chicago, IL Job Details Full-time | Contract $27 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Bilingual VLOOKUP function Teamwork DocuSign Call center experience Administrative experience Bachelor's degree Cross-functional collaboration Excel data analysis Full Job Description Required Skills Bachelors preferred but will look at those with the right experience Must have Operations Support or Human Resources experience Mail merge/document generation•to create letters / These documents will need to be prepped for Docusign Customer service skills Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, filtering, sorting, if/then statements, etc.
- a lot of transferring data, working with spreadsheets Will aggregate the spreadsheet data into DocuSign and using Bulk in DocuSign / mail merges (knowing Docusign is a plus) Excellent customer service, collaboration across departments, organization, ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information with strong attention to detail HR or Customer service
- will collaborate with stakeholders / customers (some will be in Brazil or Mexico where bilingual comes into play.) Day to day:
- This team creates employee contracts internationally
- new policies and sending a lot of letters
- lots of Excel work and sending emails, data analysis, data verification and accuracy, contract analysis, new hiring, bonuses of employees, compensation, etc. This person will collaborated with Brazil and/or Mexico Overview The team is seeking resources who can support either a project-based initiative or business-as-usual (BAU) operations. Preferred Skill Set
- Project Support
- Strong experience with mail merges and document generation, including preparation and testing.
- Experience creating and managing DocuSign templates, uploading documents, tracking status, sending to associates, and downloading executed documents.
- Ability to assist with processing and administrative support related to project changes. Alternate Skill Set
BAU / HR
Operations Support:
- Background in HR operations, call center, or customer service environments.
- Experience supporting associates by explaining HR processes and policies.
- Comfortable handling inbound calls and web chats to address associate inquiries.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a larger, team-oriented environment (approximately 14 team members).
Pay:
