In this role, responsibilities include but not limited to: Preparing, reviewing, and managing proposals / change orders ensuring bid deadlines are met processing timely project documentation through clear precise communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal / written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a strong attention to detail. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor in developing new clientele and supporting repeat business through successful project execution focused on long-term partnering relationships. •Will train the right candidate demonstrating our character and determination•Duties Prepare detailed job specific material / labor proposals utilizing company CRM software. Review / interpret bid documents, drawings, and client requirements adhering to accurate compliant proposal submissions. Collaborate with sales, procurement, and technical teams to develop competitive proposals supporting project pursuits. Manage multiple proposals simultaneously while ensuring scope of work and deadlines are met with accurate complete documentation. Maintain records of proposal activities, bid documents, and related client / vendor communications within CRM pipeline. Support vendor / contract management activities including coordination with suppliers and processing job specific changes as needed. Participate in supplier meetings and occasional site visits to support proposal development. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to review and interpret contracts, specifications, and other project documentation. Prior experience related to construction proposals and estimating in the flooring / tile industry is a plus but not required. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
