Site Supervisor (Progression to Contracts Manager) Southampton £45,000 - £50,000 + Car or Allowance + Package + Training + Progression This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-established and reputable contractor where you can secure your future and benefit from clear progression into Contracts Management, alongside direct mentoring from experienced colleagues. Are you a Site Supervisor with a commercial refurbishment background looking to take your next step? Do you want to join a stable and long-standing business with great staff retention, offering genuine training and progression into Contracts Management? This is a great time to join this specialist contractor, who are in a strong period of growth. They have recently won several large projects to add to their already consistent pipeline and are looking to add a dependable and personable individual to their team who is looking for a long-term career. You'll join in a hands-on role, supporting the directors and running multiple live projects from start to finish. You'll be developed across the full commercial and client-facing side of the projects, with structured training, direct mentoring and clear progression into a Contracts Manager role. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial refurbishment projects and proven experience leading work on site. You'll also need to be a strong communicator, as you'll be a key point of contact for clients throughout the projects. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and long-standing contractor where you'll be supported from the start, given increasing responsibility and developed into a Contracts Manager role.

Delivering multiple projects from start to finish Surveying sites and gathering information to support quotations Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project Genuine long-term opportunity within a stable business

Site Supervisor, Site Manager or Contracts Manager Strong construction knowledge within commercial refurbishment Strong communication skills; presentable and personable Full UK driving licence
