You'll be developed across the full commercial and client-facing side of the projects, with structured training, direct mentoring and clear progression into a Contracts Manager role. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial refurbishment projects and proven experience leading work on site. You'll also need to be a strong communicator, as you'll be a key point of contact for clients throughout the projects.
