Contract Quality Control Manager RJY Group, LLC $90,000 - $120,000 - 401k, Health Insurance, PTO, Sick Days, Paid Holidays, Personal Development Assistance United States, Maryland, Aberdeen Apr 24, 2026 Position Summary The Contract Quality Control Manager is responsible for managing the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) program to ensure all work complies with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and Government quality standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work directly with corporate Quality Control Manager to ensure adherence to contract and corporate quality control and assurance procedures.
  • Develop and implement project specific Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Plan.
  • Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
  • Oversee submittal review and approval processes.
  • Ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.
  • Conduct coordination and quality control meetings.
  • Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Government QA representatives.
  • Ensure deliverables and documentation meet contract requirements
  • Support audits and maintain inspection readiness. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of QC experience on federal construction projects.
  • USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) Certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents and inspection processes. Physical Requirements
  • Combination of office and field work.
  • Ability to walk construction sites and perform inspections. Preferred Qualifications
  • USACE or NAVFAC project experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong document control experience.
